Snooze some more: Your quality of day, quality of sleep affects not only your metabolism but also the quality of your day. Instead of hitting the snooze button at dawn, set your alarm to an hour later. For instance, if you generally set an alarm for 6.30 am only to wake up 30 minutes later, you are better off setting an alarm for 7.30 am.

Go for a run: A morning walk would be beneficial and fixing a morning work out would lift up your whole mood. Exposure to sunlight early in the morning would be beneficial too.

Have a protein rich diet: Research shows that folks who skip breakfast have a four-and-a half time greater risk of obesity compared to those who regularly eat a morning meal. Opt for a masala omelette with toast, make yourself some oats upma, which is soothing for your stomach as well.

Think food: Think of indulging yourself into some really good eating habits. Close to the breakfast, lunch and dinner your body gets hungry and thinks of having something to munch on all the time. Do not starve and do satisfy all your hunger desires.

Chug some water: If you feel dehydrated and have a small splitting headache do make it a point that you consume lot of water and keep yourself hydrated throughout the day. It is really helpful in making you get energized totally.
