Health benefits of having Fenugreek

Fenugreek is a widely ingredient used in Indian kitchen. It has got a strong odour and flavor and mostly added in small quantity impart a flavor to your food items. It has also got ample amount of Vitamin C, fibre content, potassium, iron and other medicinal values too.
The compound also proves to become an answer to many of your health problems:

Try eating or including fenugreek in your diet by chewing soaked fenugreek seeds in the morning. It can very well fill your stomach and thus makes you feel less hungry.

6. Cure for skin inflammation and scars
You could apply fenugreek paste dipped cloth on certain skin ailments namely burns, boils, eczema etc and get rid of scars and pores.
