Fats that contribute to your good health

A very new study has revealed that there are certain fats which proves to be beneficial to one's overall health if made a part of your diet which you have.
As per the Institute of Food Technologists(IFT), most of the times fats are considered to have an adverse effect on health but at the same time when incorporated in a healthy diet, they would help boost several health benefits.

1. Omega-3 Fatty Acids:
They are highly associated with brain growth and development, eye health, dementia, anxiety and depression.

2. Pinolenic Acid:
It is extracted from pine nut and is rich in long-chain fatty acids. Consumption of Pinolenic acid would make you feel full and thus, suppresses appetite.

3. Flaxseed oil:
Flaxseed oil is a very good source of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids. They contribute to a better heart health and also helps in reducing inflammation.

4. Fish Oil:
Fish oil is highly beneficial for it's cardiovascular, cognitive and neurological health.

5. Soyabean Oil:
Soyabean oil has got less amount of saturated fats, which does no particular harm to your healt and is good for heart health.

6. Coconut Oil:
Although not as much research has been done compared to olive or fish oil, it is thought to aid in areas such as energy, skin health, and dental health.
