Diet tips to make your belly look fit and flat

Everyone dreams to have a toned belly that does not protrude out much. It is not only about the way how it looks but also due to many health related problems and issues. Here are some given tips that will make your belly look fitter and in shape:

1. Cut down on salt: Having too much of salt in the diet may lead to edema and bloating. Always make sure that you have about 1500 mg of salt intake on a daily basis. Avoiding too much of salt is recommended in order to keep away your body from several diseases.

2. Eat more of fibre: Eating a combination of soluble and insoluble fibre is an effective way to stay fit and avoid the bloated feeling that comes with constipation. Foods that are highly rich in fibre content includes oranges, mushrooms, raspberries, broccoli and cabbage. There are many reasons why you should incorporate fibre rich foods in diet.

3. Stay hydrated: Having more of water ensures that fibre can do its job to ease constipation too. Not having enough of water can exaggerate your sodium and potassium levels.

4. Avoid digestive stress: Always make sure that you keep away from food items that are difficult to get digested same as sugary or fatty foods. Focus instead on simple meals which are made with whole foods and steamed vegetables to heal the digestive system.
