Our body is always wanting and craving for some sort of energy to kick start the day. Morning is the actual time when most of your body essentials work at their best.
When there is a lack of food in your body, your body starts taking energy from the food it has consumed from the last meal. This hampers your body from providing the kind of results that you expect out of it.

The foods that are eaten in the form of breakfast are good and important sources of nutrients such as calcium, iron, vitamin B, as well as protein and fibre. Our body requires these essential nutrients and many such related studies have shown that if these nutrients are missed at the time of breakfast, they are less likely to be compensated for later in the day.
Try to incorporate some portion of fruits and vegetables in your daily course of breakfast, it could range anything from a banana or a glass of fruit juice.
