Everything that a person does comes as a result of a habit that we have previously been taught. But it's not always necessary that all the habits that we follow are good this is the reason why we keep on trying to improve.

1. Exercise 30 minutes every day. Especially if you don’t do much movement while working, it’s essential that you get some daily exercise. 30 minutes every day are the minimum recommended for optimal health.
2. Skipping breakfast is the biggest mistake that one does. It should be eaten everyday as breakfast is more important than any meal of the day.
3. Snacking between meals is the way how you gain more weight. Do not indulge yourself into more of junk food. If at all you are hungry, eat more of concrete food items.
4. Drink one glass of water when you wake up. When you wake up, your body is dehydrated and needs liquid. Make the habit of drinking one glass of water after you wake up in the morning. Also, drink more during the day.
