"The enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of health is one of the fundamental rights of every human being...". The preamble of the Constitution defines health as “ a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”. This was first articulated in the WHO constitution in 1946.The 1948 Universal declaration of Human Rights mentioned health as part of the right to an adequate standard of living through article 25.This was again recognized as a Human right in the International Covenant on Economic Social and Cultural Rights in 1966.The right to Health means that governments must generate conditions in which everyone can be as healthy as possible. This includes availability of health services, healthy and safe working condition ,housing facilities and nutritious food. But, even after all these decades ,the world medical agencies could not direct the governments to ensure this basic human right.Even in the Future global health agenda, which was released in 2015 WHO ,notes : the need to address the emerging challenge of non-communicable diseases without disregarding other priorities; the need for an increasing focus on "means as well as ends" of global health policy, including health as a human right, health equity and health security; and the need to adopt a broader perspective on health. This reminds us of the right that is still denied to the majority world wide.
The announcement was made by Dr David Craik to the American Chemical Society at its conference in Dallas.Five compounds have been created that appear to control chronic pain in rats to an unprecedented degree, Craik estimates the effect is 100 times as large as morphine or gabaentin, all based on a protein found in cone snail venom.Cone snails are gastropod mollusks common on coral reefs and in tropical tidal zones. Their venom is held in a gland within a tooth which they fire at prey or enemies like a harpoon. The smaller species produce a painful sting like a bee, but larger ones can be fatal.“We don’t know about side effects yet, as it hasn’t been tested in humans. But we think it would be safe,”, Craik said.drug development in an area like this is usually slow and winding. Nor is that path near completion. Craik thinks human trials are two years away, making widespread use a long term prospect.
Choosing an apt lip color is very important when it comes to parties and gatherings. You can definitely find out which shade will perfectly suit you.
For office parties: For a formal gathering a muted shade of lipstick would do wonders. A pale shade of pink or peach will complement the light color attire you are wearing.
For family gatherings: For a family get-together, you can try out various shades of lip stains. No matter what kind of an outfit you choose to wear, shades in mauve and brighter pinks will any day make your complexion look smoother and brighter.
For outings with friends: The best colors to go for, while going out with your friends would be a bright shade of matte lip stain. According to the shade of your dress you can also wear shades of pink or maroon. Apply a very generous amount of lip balm before you actually begin to apply your lipstick on. This will keep your lips hydrated and will keep the colour on for a long time.
