New deal for UAE medical research
Al Jalila Foundation on Monday signed a new agreement in support of UAE-based medical research.

6 boneless chicken breast halved
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Marinate chicken with salt and pepper and place it in a pan greased with butter. In a small bowl, mix honey, mustard, paprika, basil and parsley.
Pour 1/2 of this mixture over the chicken, and brush to cover.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Turn over the chicken pieces and brush with the remaining 1/2 of the honey mustard mixture.
Bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes. Cool it for 10 minutes before serving.
