A recent report by WHO portraits mosquitos as world's deadliest animal,which kills 7,25000 people in an year. There are more than 2,500 species of mosquitos, and they’re found in every region of the world except Antartica. During the peak breeding seasons, they outnumber every other animal on Earth, except termites and ants. Despite their innocuous-sounding name—Spanish for “little fly”—they carry devastating diseases, the report says. Quoting this report, Bill Gates who is a philanthropist also, called for a Mosquito Week. It is high time that the world has to take steps to eradicate this deadly little monsters.

The European Medicines Agency (EMA) welcomes the publication of the Clinical Trials Regulation in the Official Journal of the European Union (EU). This legislation will open up a new era for the conduct of clinical trials in the EU, ensuring that Europe remains an attractive centre for clinical research. This helps to development of new medicines in Europe. In addition to this EMA have reduced the complication involved in the clinical trial approvals. Regulatory process made more transparent and hazel free on the conduct of trials in the European Economic Area. Thus all the process involved in authorisation to the publication of the results of those clinical trials are also made transparent. At the same time as authorisation and oversight of clinical trials remains the competence of Member States, the new legislation mandates the Agency to prepare the IT platforms to support sponsors and experts in the Member States in carrying out their roles in relation to the authorisation of trials, their supervision, safety reporting and compliance activities, as well as to enable public access to information on clinical trials. The new Regulation provides for the first time a direct legal basis for the release of clinical trial results. This is directly in line with the Agency's commitment to increased transparency of these data, through its draft policy on proactive publication and access to clinical trial data. This policy, currently in the process of being finalised, will provide a bridge until the new legislation comes into force, which can be no earlier than mid-2016.

Keep your right heel (foot) on your left knee. Now start lowering your head, shoulders and torso slowly and steadily towards your knee. You can now feel a considerable stretch in your hips and lower back. After this, get back to normal position releasing your stretched body parts and repeat same gesture by switching legs this time. Repeat this exercise as per your desire.
You need to sit straight on a chair for performing this exercise. As this is side seated stretch, so now, you have to lean towards your right or left side and touch the floor with your fingertips. Taking a deep breath can make you feel stretch in your abdominal area. Come back to your normal position while taking a deep breath once again.
Open your palms while stretching your arms towards back of your body. Now is the time to do the real trick. Press your shoulder blades together and your chest will get opened. Take a deep breath and bring your hands right up your head while exhaling. In this way, try to move your arms in a circular way; from back to up and then front; and from front to up and then back.
Sitting all the daylong in same posture can be worst for the bone joints of your body. Chair twist is all about relaxing, refreshing and energizing your back and bone joints. While you are sitting on a chair and your feet are on the floor, move your body towards right side and hold the right side of your chair with both hands. Keep holding it for some time, until you feel a pull in your back. This exercise is much useful as it does not let your bone joints freeze down in a single position.
