There are many exercising forms that would prove to be effective in lessening the symptoms of vision loss due to old age. These exercising techniques would help you perform more efficiently, leading to more improved vision.
1. Blinking
There are a number of activities, among which blinking is an effective activity that would help you gain or enhance your eyesight properly. Mostly the computer users and avid television watchers tend to blink more often than normal human beings. Take a note of how exactly you feel after that for example feeling strained, tired etc.
2. Palming
This is mainly done in order to relieve stress around the eye area. Take a few deep breathes before you begin. Make yourself comfortable whilst leaning forward on a desk or with your elbows resting on your knees. Close your eyes. Place your two hands over your eyes with the cup of your palm covering your eyes, your fingers on your forehead and the heel of your hand will rest on your cheekbone. Make sure you can blink freely and you are not putting too much pressure on your eyes.
3. Rotating your eyeballs
This exercise loosens your ocular eye muscles and helps to improve blood flow in surrounding areas of the eye, increasing the level of oxygen, thus improving vision. Close your eyes and rotate your eyeballs in a clockwise and then an anti-clockwise direction.
